The new Eagle Bobcat-Compatible Car Tyre Derimmer has been designed with smaller operations in mind. This machine is designed to remove waste rims from waste tyres and works off of the hydraulics of a Bobcat. This design eliminates the cost of a power source so that it is more affordable across the board. The ease of operation is the key to the popularity of this unit. All that is required of the operator is to roll the tyre and wheel into the Derimmer. The cycle time is estimated at seven (7) seconds. There is no manual lifting with this unit. Simple hand controls enhance the cycle time. The estimated times for this unit are 160-200 rims per hour which equates to 1,280 rims in one 8 hour shift making it the fastest on the market today!
